Avid is pleased to announce that, beginning June 1, 2008, Assurance for our new line of editing products now includes hardware support. When your warranty expires, you’ll want fast access to technical support for your hardware, and advanced parts exchange, should parts replacement be necessary. With an Assurance support contract, you’ll have both. This level of support used to be available only if you spent additional money on an extended hardware warranty**.
